This Privacy Policy describes how test data is handled while you explore the Race Manager development environment. Because this system is not a production service, please avoid submitting sensitive personal information.
1. Data We Collect
During evaluation we collect the information you provide when creating accounts, registering athletes, and configuring competitions. This typically includes names, email addresses, club affiliations, and event metadata.
2. Purpose of Processing
Collected data is used solely to demonstrate platform functionality, test new features, and monitor system stability. It is never used for marketing or shared with third parties outside the Race Manager development team.
3. Storage & Retention
Test data may be hosted on EU-based infrastructure and can be wiped at any time. We recommend using fictional details or anonymised samples if you need to simulate real-world scenarios.
4. Cookies & Authentication
Session cookies are set when you log in so the application can remember your access level. These cookies are temporary and expire automatically after a short period of inactivity.
5. Your Rights
You may request removal of your test account by contacting support. Because this is a non-production environment, such requests are typically completed within 72 hours.
